Can we retire "It was Stone's fault'" ?

I'm going to get flamed for this, but can we retire "It was Stone's fault"? Much in the same way that the "Jamily" term was retired several years ago? It seems every other day this referenced is used.

Was Jamily retired or did The Charles Manson Clan take it back over copyright protection?

Every time I hear that word I throw up in my mouth a little bid. Shit, just did it again.

on the single video theory dvd, ed notes that any problems in the band weren't because of him, it was "Stone's fault"

especially since "It's Stone's fault" was and is a huge misquote.

Is not the actual line from SVT "Stone WAS THE PROBLEM"?

    Get your fact straight, motherfuckers.

    It WAS Stone's fault.

But it was really Eddie's fault.

The line first came up in the Single Video Theory video where Ed was glazing over the troubled "middle period" of their career, in which he openly states that "Stone was the problem." The important thing to note about the comment Ed makes in SVT (for those that haven't seen it) is that he says it in a way that is totally tongue in cheek. He's being ironic, the smile totally gives away the fact the truth is closer to himself and not Stone.
