"Fuck" it's just a word.....

Palabra if you're spanish

But when it's used as a verb the FCC would banish from the airwaves

even though it's protected under my freedom of speech

The government entertwined like a blood sucking leech.

Could someone please give me thier definition of obscene

because to me this censorship is coming down like a horrible dream.

    Yeah but legislate it.

    You can't. Everyone's idea of what's obscene is different.

    The FCC should have one job and that's protect the property rights of the individual frequency owners. No censorship by the government should be acceptable. Don't like it? Change channels or turn it off. That's my only point. :)

    has been a part of language for fucking ever and that it can now be considered a NORMAL EVERYFUCKINGDAY VOCABULARY WORD.

    hell that's how I fucking see it. Granted, I don't use the word FUCK too fucking often but mind you, there are places where the word FUCK is just the only fucking thing you can say to get your fucking point across.

    and yeah. the N word was based on ignorance and popular idiom of the day. it was based in language designed to conquer another man and debase him and use him and destroy him and his people. it was a word used to ostracized and exclude. it was a term flung in ferocity and rage and in humour; three things which, in the wrong company, should never mix.

    Personally, I think it's still racist as our colored friends sling it around themselves as a joke, and now as a friendly term but it is to be used exclusively by them. God forbid I ever say it in front of them. I'll get my ass beat. I think the N word should be stricken from popular conversation. My opinion.

    FUCK on the other hand can be cheerfully thrown (how the FUCK are you man! I haven't seen you in AGES you look FUCKING beautiful!) and cheerfully meant. There are places where fuck can get extraordinarily strong and certainly be poisonous but I think it's ability to be used in almost any context and in almost any grammatical structure frees the word FUCK from obligation to past tenses. it is a loose term and one that can be used any which way from Sunday.

    Fuck is as it is. I love the word. Too many people worry far too much about its use. I have heard worse things come out of people's mouths, many far far more obscene than anything FUCK could come up with... and none of them involved swearing at all.

    For instance: I recall my mother telling my brother that the Columbine incident was all his fault and that if he would have listened to HER none of this would ever have happened. This was after he had been arrested, searched, accused, two of his best friends had killed thirteen other people and themselves and a community was out for blood.

    Consider this, and FUCK becomes an easy thing to say.

    N*gg*r on the other hand. Should never be said. Period. IMHO.
