i climbed a tree too tall,
tethered there a string holds la pelota,
and felt the sting of tyrants tall,
as i am tall, too tall for the tyrant to intimidate,
yet, i digress, i am at the tallest part to this tree,
too tall for most yet too short for the stout,
talking to stars in the middle of the muddle,
wet as a puddle,
to befuddle,
i just ate a room so large,
and it tastes like a veggie dip,
yet, saltless, granular, tasteless....
talking to tom my old friend.. he took a job in atlanta where the tea is served sweet unless you tell it to the order taker to make it free.. and he says that the south will be free one day.. i believe his story.. my teeth need rooting and i need a piece of the tight times offered by tendered trishousness

Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,

Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
