the shore

serene scenes of a shore,
a beach blanched and dry,
salted grasses of the sea,
a scent of salted fish envelopes me.

cursed sting of clear blue sky,
the scorched truth lies,
whilst boys sent to that land
are dying in the sand.

we all wish for pleasure, yet..
should we strive for peace?
would it be a wasted time?
some fools involved in a crime?

left naked to run to the surf,
our hearts must be unbound,
let love not be just a word,
lest death is also absurd.

crappies caught in fresh waters,
large mouth bass along the shores,
cast your fate up to the sky,
lest love will pass you running by..
and good bye..

love you guys, i truly do.. :)
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

Loved your poem and your greeting ; )
To worry about tomorrow doesn't make it easier,
    it only makes today worse.

there are so many beaches.....and so many coastlines.....they all have their secrets, and close to them we feel free......and truth is like the ocean......and love is like its shore.......
....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......
