i was wondering bout the last time,
we had our rendezvous,
a sordid get together,
falsley labeled 'i love you'

an affirmation of the first time,
luscious pleasures avec vous,
another shameless time together,
falsely labeled 'i love you'

sometimes i can be with you,
sometimes i can be alone,
sometimes there is nothing in my heart,
other times i am the fool

you told me 'bout your feelings,
keeping distant all the while,
my mind was spinning, reeling,
falsely labeled 'i love you'

i felt the courage to release my heart,
from the distance in your soul,
my heart took over my feelings,
falsely labeled 'i love you'

no more can i be with you,
it's over and i'm alone,
there will be something in my heart,
no more will i be the fool
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

Well put, I liked how the way this was written. It seems you can run into so many shallow people, how sad...for them.
K-The lost will do their best to get home, if they are loved. To our soldiers who have given what they had.
