Conversations getting dull
There's a constant ringing in my ears
Sense of humor's void and numb

these threads are as annoying as all the bitching sometimes...

you have to see where some of these people are coming from...when i first bought tickets to see PJ in 1998 tickets were 30 bucks and all you heard was how much the band fought and fought against "the going rate" for tickets prices and now all of a sudden they are embrassing the going rate for tickets

it kind of goes against everything this band has stood for, and this just wasnt the PJ in their 20's they have been fighting ticket prices even into 2000 and now it just seem because gas and inflation of everything else going up, they have raised their hands in the air and gave up

i dont know what the reason is, hell they may even start wanting to make more cash for themselves or their causes, but you have to respect where people are starting to get a little aggitated with the decisions of the band whether you agree or not

and for the 10c to give the short notice and not give out the amount of ticket prices is assasine at best

Prices are sneaking up every year.. I doubt it has anything to do with the 10 Club, it's probably the venues/ticketbastard that are gouging, using inflation as an excuse.

Still, it's nice to have the convenience of the 10Club ticket ordering, knowing they are great seats and you get them early.

While I am bummed about the increase in prices compared to past tours, this is still a great point.

A Hummer would cost about $150 to fill where I live. Just saying. My car costs about $70 to fill, give or take, and I drive a small car.

I agree, and I don't think these prices are unreasonable at all. You really have to consider what the costs are to put on a show.

And, I still believe you get the most bang for your buck at a PJ concert. 26-30 songs average vs. 16-22 songs for most bands.
