Sometimes
I wake up
In the middle of the night
I can hear
You breathing
You are out of sight
It is dark
I am cold
I know you are there
I turn on
A light
I stop and stare
I am
Alone now
There's nobody here
It all was
A dream
Happy New Year
...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.
