Stranger Things

New song I just wrote - feedback would be appreciated :)


Under my eyes, lie this song
A song without feeling since you've been gone
Blank pages and loud silence fill my nights
There's not much left in my heart, or in my life...

Calculate my time, springboards of chords of mine
Notes of emptiness bleed through the lines
Of a scene foreign to this world, a world I thought I knew
Collapsed with weight unmatched, a weight I put on you...

Stranger things delay what I am -
Stranger things relate how I am -
Stranger things will fade...

Sometimes it's hard to face road blocks, and placed into
A crooked mind that must be cured, cured of point-of-view
Shall I take the lead? Despite the past has made
A persistent mind will gain, mistakes that all have seen...

Stranger things have made what I am -
Stranger things will gain from my hand -
Stranger things convey who I am -
Stranger things are made...

    i really like it.. it kinda reminds me of the way i write at times.

    dont worry about no one commenting, it happens here sometimes. lol

    yea i know, no one usually checks out this board. Thanks for the praises - I just wanted any kind of opinion, good or bad. I'll hopefully have it recorded by next week, hope it comes out well, I think it sounds pretty good. Thanks! :D

    btw i dont just throw praise around lol i really liked it.

    hope you post the song after its recorded id like to hear it.
