If you need to
feel free to untie
I don’t want you to cry
I love you, I adore you
it’ll be okay
to untie
I only want you to be happy
don’t worry about me
I want you to feel good
go out and be without care or injury
better that than be sad
I’d rather you were glad
the next time you see me
‘cuz I’ll get there eventually

I can relate to that one. Or, rather, I think I was in the position of the addressee in that poem, and I recognise the voice of the speaker, from about six years ago. I do hope she's okay now. The lady who sounds very much like the speaker of your poem, that is. In fact, I'm sure she is. :)
