something more than she could have hoped for
something even better
and she knew why she loved him
once again he would surprise her
trying harder than the others
and it filled her with wonder

she was willing to be brave
not expecting anything
no wishes, no strings
and here he says something better
and it made her cry

    We narrowly avoided a trip to the hospital Monday for someone's asthma, but everyone's healthy again. :)

    ahhhhh.....'and she knew why she loved him'...that is always the key eh? so simple, but true, and oftentimes, one loses sight of this, or maybe faith? in this.
