Today I remembered what was revolting about
that type of old person
those old people who do serious music
that falseness, that snobbery over nothin'
nonsense, details of taste, idiosy
I could have slapped the old fool!
yet he seemed to have no idea how insulting
he was being
so instead, I just recalled why I hated this
in the first place
