You

I can’t wait until I see you again
to me you’re better than everyone else
you’re the whole package
and I want to feel you by me

I want to talk to you
and love you
and be in the glow that I feel when I’m connected

do you know that feeling?
it’s the best one in the world
the one where you can feel the other person
even over the distance

it’s invisible
but you can feel the air
it’s warm
and it’s like a rope

and then there’s the inside
that you can see
and the thoughts you can hear
it’s wonderful

won’t you come and talk awhile?
I’ll feel you
and you’ll feel me
across the space
