A happy surprise

I feel so much better now
less heavy
like an open faucet
or a flowing waterfall
without that collar of worry

and my forehead feels broader somehow
although I have no idea why that should be

I just didn’t realize
I can’t win ‘em all
I can’t change everyone
but at least I can change myself
and other people who want to reshape
