There are many things I don’t know
and don’t understand
but there are a few feelings I get with no blocks

I know when someone I am tied to needs love
I feel it like a beacon in the dark
and I know you need love from me
and I have it

Maybe I don’t throw it in your basket the way you expect
maybe I’m so quiet, you don’t notice
but I keep my pantry full
so that I can feed you on time

Even though I can hear the thought
What about Romance?
and what about Something Grand?
What about Passion?
(And that’s so easy for me, it’s a joke!!)

How about understanding without words or time?
To me, that’s grandness at God’s level
