Everyone needs time to feel
if people are rushing around
from one thing to another
from one place to another
from one feeling to another
it all runs together
and becomes a blur
like a towel rub down that’s too fast on the skin
everyone needs time to feel what’s real
so everything doesn’t seem like a seasick dream

Well, that's certainly ONE approach.
Wow. How did this all come from reading my thread? I'm sort of stunned.
I think it's a good idea to be aware of your feelings so then you can DECIDE how to respond to them. That's where the choice comes in I think.

It IS better to have loved and lost. and life IS more beautiful because of the pain. unfortunate set of circumstances, but reality nonetheless. I hope you heal up fast. (and for chrissakes, stop using people in the meantime. with forthought and perhaps even malice? karma swings hard and fast, yo.)
