My Rose Garden

The snow is on the ground but the sun is making it sparkle
there's a blue sky above my white lawn
I'm sitting in the window dreaming of how to plant my rose garden
will I be able to find the plants I imagine?
the old-fashioned flowers bursting with petals?
the roses from a hundred years ago that smell like heaven?
I've got so much to think about before the spring
I hope the sun comes to visit me often this winter
there's a blue sky above my white lawn
I'm sitting in the window dreaming of how to plant my rose garden
will I be able to find the plants I imagine?
the old-fashioned flowers bursting with petals?
the roses from a hundred years ago that smell like heaven?
I've got so much to think about before the spring
I hope the sun comes to visit me often this winter

tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrow
creeps in this petty pace from day to day
to the last syllable of recorded time.
and, all our yesterdays have lighted fools
the way to dusty death. out, out brief candle
Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player,
that struts and frets his hour upon the stage
and then is heard no more. It is a tale
told by an idiot, full of sound and fury
signifying nothing
from my window to yours
(I really don't know much about poetic structure yet, but sometimes I get inspired by things I'm thinking about.)
that's usually the best way to do it...in my opinion...fuck structure...like you would a one-night stand...hard, fast, and don't worry about it when it's over...just make sure to get it on...
from my window to yours
No one needs a smile more than someone who fails to give one,
After you die...you know how to LIVE!
Yay!!
I'm glad
