A nap I sorely needed today
spent one hour or two

and when I woke up
I was thinking of you

and the rest of my day
was quite peaceful and clear

without any buzzing
without any fear

somedays I just need sleep
to straighten my head

and on that practical note
I will tromp off to bed!
