A jumble rumble

All a-jumble
Back and forth
these feelings race
some moments I wish
to stay in bed to cry for a month
then I pull myself back
pull myself together
I can’t do that
where’d I find the time?
insides flooding
let it out?
hold it in?
no
pick myself up
like I always do
go on
it’s a battle
back and forth
up and down
but
the strong side
it usually wins
