The container

Sometimes I am aware of the container
if humans really are big bags of water
then my bag occasionally leaks...
I think?

At least, sometimes I feel the vapor trying to excape
like a boiling pot with a lid
I can't always quite contain myself
sometimes, the contents try to burst out of the cookware

It feels like my contents are trying to pour out of my heart
Have you ever felt like that?
like the insides are trying to escape and flow out
to you

At those times
I'm very aware
that we're living bottles of water
being held, but not completely contained in this flesh

    I know. This editing thing is ridiculous, justam. I mean, if a band spends a few years changing lyrics and music, and going through a difficult creative process, probably calling each other bastards every day, you'd think we could have an artists' allowance, too. :D
