The best days and nights I've had have been blessed with
unexpected changes, events, words, and I don't forget them
days and nights most unbelievable are burned into my memory
I think about them when I feel myself falling into
drab, whiny, unhelpful beliefs--
oh, that'll never change
that won't work!
how could it be possible?
not bloody likely!
I remember the times I was most surprised
and how so much can change in an instant
