Maybe I need to take my own advice?

Let's breathe

In
then out
(again and again)
we can sit still
(and close our eyes)
think of each part, feel our own heart

Maybe start with the toes and move up piece by piece?
up and up ‘til we reach the crown and lift off the ground

let’s breathe and feel okay
(everything will be okay)
I know it will be
trust me
there’s beauty in peace

    arto tunc boyaciyan sings a song called love is the peace.
    i wish i could share the words with you, but he sings in armenian i guess and well i don't know what he's saying. but it sure is a nice song in any language.

    sometimes it's hard to follow our own instincts. but if you are able to do that, then at least the mistakes you make will be your own. :)

    Well, my mistakes are always my own, but I'd like to avoid repeating them again and again... :p
