drips, drops, & delight

Loving you is like being a drop of water
no, I don't mind this river I'm in
it flows steadily, reliably, consistently
it carries me along to the sea
and then I float up again
get absorbed into the clouds
maybe they get dark and heavy 'til
the vapor turns liquid and falls
but, then I'm back down
to flow in the river again
why should I mind?
I don't have to sit still!
I don't have to feel motionless!
why on earth should I mind?
it's just fine!
a water molecule is a nice cozy place
to live

Your analogy of love and a drop of water and all the cycles they pass through is a knock out. And very tenderly rendered.
    Feels Good Inc.

I appreciate the comment. Sometimes I put things up and I can't tell if they're okay or dull as dirt. :)
