I woke up while you slept
and enjoyed so much the sound
of your air going in and out
soft and constant
it was a warm reminder
you were alive and close
I felt so happy
I put my pillow
near your chest so I could hear
the steady beat of your heart too

    It's truly special when you love somone so much,
    that it warms your heart to see them safe, warm, and comfortable
