in the sky there are stars
we know this, it's a fact
beyond, more stars
and cold space between
we imagine the spirits of
those loved ones who've passed are
up
there in the air, but why
up? is it symbolic?
heaven?
no, not hell
or is it that all matter floats
back
to the elements we're all made from?

I was thinking about this because of all the acceptance speeches at the Hall of Fame event last night. So many people mentioned dead loved ones and looked up, etc. :)

It certainly brings comfort to imagine that their soul has achieved a special existance in the sky.

I do however, struggle with my acceptance of such ideas. I'm still searching with an open mind and heart for a conclusion on my beliefs.
"Stunned by my own reflection, It's looking back, sees me too clearly and I swore I'd never go there again, Not unlike a friend that politely drags you down, down, down"

When you see me on the street, yell out "FAVO!!!"

I've been to alot of Pearl Jam shows; So fucking what.
