coasting down linoleum
three wheels wobble
while one doesn't move at all

greetings, salutations
muttered speeches
and false smiles

we endure one another
when not hosting barbeques

our acquaintances misnomered friend
our blatancies serve only to rend

us judgment in divine
low so as not to broadcast
low no I’m no radio
I tell one person at a time

and the sweet Lord will welcome me without question
