April Fools?...don't be so gullible

These will be shows with the full band. Warm-ups for the full scale tour to follow. This is just a clever way around their contractual obligations with Bonnaroo.

April Fools?....you have to wake up earlier than that to get one by me.
You had me worried!
So worried, that this would last...
But now I'm learning, learning that this will pass...

What contractual obligations? Come on. They can't play a show in LA because they are playing a festival in Tennessee? Give me a break.

I can see maybe a couple of the guys in different places...but I think this is a legit Eddie show.

Exactly... there are no "contractual obligations". These are Ed's shows and are well deserved and those that can go are very fortunate.

I'd personally rather see just Ed do his solo acoustic thing in a small venue. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see the band again, but a full show of just Ed, that's a once in a lifetime event. If you can make it to one of these shows, you're one lucky bastard.

No way, these will be Ed only shows for sure, there's too many shows for it to be warm up shows for the tour and why would they do so many all down the West Coast? Think about it Ed has a solo record to tour with so he's doing a few shows to get out and play live and do something a bit different playing clubs. Oh and this is just my opinion.

i'm pretty sure bonnaroo wouldn't let a headliner announce shows before tix to the festival go on sale.

And I'm pretty sure Bonnaroo won't care one bit unless Pearl Jam were announcing shows in Nashville, Atlanta, or the Manchester region during the Festival weekend.

Ed solo concerts on the West Coast in April have little-to-no bearing on the festival ticket sales for Tennessee in June.

April Fools Tour is a curious title. Sounds like some surprises are in store.

I thought the same thing yesterday, and then today a bunch of people have already told me that they are backing out of the Roo and going to a show or two in CA- shocking!

I'm afraid I'd be disappointed if I did that. Solo shows would be fun, but a full-band show is the only thing that will satisfy right now.
