there is a calm

i want to tell you
though not with words
i want to connect to you
through gentle touches
i want to taste you
in slow sweet kisses
i want to align with you
with blazing passion
i want to show you
just what you mean to me

with loving you
there is a calm
that i've never known of
before you came along
