standing under five feet
with worries no greater
than when sundown is
with dreams bigger
than reality can be
spinning and turning
dancing and jumping
those were the days
says the 19 year old

and for a year it seems
that his peak has evaded him
lost years ago were the days
of innocence and merriment
whats to look forward to
except worry and fear
loss and stress
until one day he sees a new sun

and in the final days of his teens
a realization is made
his yearning for a lack of care
is actually the furthest from his desire
as the brightest light he's ever seen
consumes his thought and heart
and a shared caring drives him

looking back, he still holds jealousy
of the innocence of his youth
but he has come to find
that the sun burns brighter now
and the skies seem bluer today
and his head seems clearer
now that she's inside it
-one thing to remember, always have a good time, all the time

A positive great poem ;) (when I think of it, It was kinda tough being a teenager)
To worry about tomorrow doesn't make it easier,
    it only makes today worse.
