Funny thing happened
On the walk down death row
Priest told me,
"I will be exonerated of all my sins"
Judged I have been
By my peers
Dolling out my fate
On perverted fears
I smiled at the priest
And nodded my head
No preaching necessary
Soon I'll be dead
First hand experience
To a question for the ages
You've changed your place in this world!
