Waves crashing under the stars
The moon, controlling the tide
Land flickering miles away
Only this dark blue, keeps me from you
Each reach, pulling me out, deeper
This boat, empty and cold
Just one touch of a warm hand
Could warm my heart for a thousand years
I close my eyes and I'm with you
Smiling and exchanging knowing stares
I awaken, finding myself alone
Drifting along, fightening nothingness
