*Vunerable One*

Here is something I wrote a few months ago (for the record, it was shortly AFTER my bf broke up w/me) i apologize for sucking ahead of time. :)

You know,
She's a vunerable one,
always in her own little world

Thoughts racing through her mind,
As if she had the time to do it all

she cries when she sleeps, she cries.

Does she know that this is all her life will ever be?

Broken promises,
broken dreams,
of her shattered life ought not to be

She hopes for something to hold onto,
But in the end, only finds sorrow.

    it doesn't suck.........there's no subtitute for personal experience when it comes to orginiality.....and that's more important...

    it's authentic thoughts that matters most

    NO, it does not suck! It is a purging of emotion! It is beautiful for it captures your feelings at a sorrowful time in your life, the time may have sucked but your feelings, pure and true, do not! :) Hope you're feeling much better! :)

    Thanks Being Enlightened for your kind words. I know most of us writes lyrics or poetry in our time of sorrow, and we are at our most vunerable. Gee if my ex could see how many songs I wrote about him haha :p
