i did not wish to work today
so i opened up the hut to play
though some were here, they did not stay
where are you now? don't hide away

i figured disguised as a "poem" ;), i could sneak an 'off topic' post in here. where is everyone? i'm lonely and bored and sad without you

    Helloooooo coleen! I HAD to do some work today seeing as I did absolutely nothing but play yesterday! But I'm still not fully behaving (when do I ever?) What's up buttercup? :D

    i'm guilty as well of catering to my team corporate responsibilities earlier today *head hangs in shame* - but i can't concentrate on that anymore. its not nearly as fun or entertaining or thought provoking or moving as what i find here.

    i suppose all of the making merry which trasnpired in honor of seta took its toll on the whole lot of us today. but what a pitiful welcome back for CMR.....greeted with desolation.

    of course we can always count on our beloved Being to keep a watchful eye on the poetry forum to be sure that the energy continues to flow. :)

    no apologies for slow and low......it brought back memories and a hung a big goofy grin on my face. :)

    i only have 25 more minutes but they are draggggggggiiiiiiinnnnnnnng.

    I have 50 minutes & they're also puttering along like a shopping cart with a broken wheel!-Squeeking, sending me in the wrong direction and generally pissing me off!!!!!!

    Good afternoon, ladies!

    I haven't posted much today simply because I've been basking in the glow of my new "Dissident" poster status. Ah yes... finally... a place to boost my post count.

    Because that matters.

    Indeed, it has been rather quiet around here lately. I've been forced to do nerdy things to keep me occupied.

    being - yes there is an evil coleen and you should all be well warned against coaxing her out of hiding. she sneaks about every now and again but don't encourage her mischief making.

    cran mal - i'm glad that you're back and sorry that i didn't say hello earlier. congrats to you on your dissident status but something tells me you didn't require the synergy hierarchy to confirm that for you. ;)

    curiosity is my downfall and i am having so much fun imagining what "nerdy" things you might have been forced to do today. :)

    I've started an Excel spreadsheet (complete with graphs) to monitor temperature trends in my little corner of the world.

    Because when I was a kid I wanted to be a meteorologist and that never quite panned out.

    But I like hurricanes. And weather. And nerdy things.

    nothing hinders the odd little scenarios my imagination likes to paint for my entertainment.

    and i love nerdy things - a dear and breezy ;) friend of mine (you know who you are) - only just the other day was busting my chops by refering to me as the meteorologist. but i don't have as much of an interest in weather as i do other odd things.

    goodness this is an oldie....thanks for bringing back a particularly lovely memory for me tchaliz and adding a new ray of sunshine to the mix. :) i look forward to reading more of your offerings.
