you know your name belongs here
and you know why my lovely loves
within this corner of the universe
resides an everlasting evanescence from
your words
your spirit
your keen eye
your boundless heart

homeward my loves
don't forget to remember the faithful
lips that whisper your poems as prayers
eyes that swell and smile and dance
upon the gossamer strands you've left behind

here in hearts
here for all time
and within us
wherever that may be
whether or not you ever intended to be
