Weird how it comes and goes, huh? One minute everything is fine, you just accept it, no problem...next minute, BAM......this sinking feeling just overpowers you, you get scared, the reality of things really sets in and it can get really depressing. Loss is never an easy thing to deal with. Period.

But yes, getting it out helps a lot and being surrounded by beautiful people does as well. On a much lighter note...YEP, I will be there next week!!! That definitely puts a smile on my face amongst all the madness/sadness.

yes I know girl. I understand you my dear and i guess that is why I cried when I read that too b/c it just hits you too close to home ya know. Like you said, one minute you feel fine and the next minute you feel like shit. DAMN these emotions that life takes us every minute of every fuckin' day! We both have to move on for our sakes and I am glad that we have each other in our lives girl. Your poetry, like Jessie's touches a cord w/me like no other. you two really DO make me cry, you have no idea. haha. But it also helps and opens your eyes to see what is going on around you.

things WILL get better though w/time:) which is not an easy thing to do when you are in the midst of this hurricane.
