Tonight you are the Fortunate Son
no walking in the Garden
no sitting on the Porch
my body's in Interstellar Overdrive
I'm in a PJ state of mind.

I hear your Footsteps
I can't wait for you to T
Throw Your Arms Around Me.
Feeling like I can barely Breath,
as my Blood heats.
Being Alone with you brings
my Black world back Alive to
the Present Tense.

Nothing as It Seems, you
begin Driftin into me
Whippin me through Thin Air.
Come my sweet, Go, Deep
make me feel the Even Flow.
Hail, Hail!
I'm in a PJ state of mind.
SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

    hey did ya'll ever read that thing, i don't know who wrote it but it's kinda like a story but it uses every pearl jam song on album i think also in order of appearance, it was pretty kewl to read

    It is amazing how a PJ song can inspire.

    was wondering if they kept all the stuff on this forum, and looked all the way to the last pages and found this.


    very good stuff pm, makes me remember my passion for the band and the music.


    I used to fool around years ago even more years than this post was from, and make up silly ditties using the bands tunes, never anything nearly as good as yours, maybe now that I see this I will use yours as inspiration and try again someday.

    Many years ago when I was studying animal science one of my lecturers kept refering to birds as glorified reptiles. It kept sticking in my head so I couldn't help myself but to write up words for Glorified R about birds. It's silly but i will share....
