    The late Jerry Garcia was the leader of the Californian rock band The Grateful Dead. I'm afraid I can't elucidate on the matter - or matterlessness as the case may be - of Mister Garcia's said digit. :)

    and I beleeeeeve mister garcia lost his "fu" finger on a farm somewhere in california long before he took to san francisco and electric kool aide and other more ominous habits that would later take his life (the dang fool)

    sheer genius, imo, otherwise
