the sea sweeps up
the tide rolls away
sunset and beauty
leaving only me

i'll stand there
her presence in my heart
for awhile, whispering to me,
it's alright, its alright

i know what she means.

when i read this i think of someone who just lost his/her mother and is standing by the sea thinking of her. a parent may say it's alright, it's alright to a child. it's a comforting poem.
