More on the structured/freeform jazz wavelength but amazing nonetheless. For those that don't know.. learn.

And when he came back to, he was flat on his back on the beach in the freezing sand, and it was raining out of a low sky, and the tide was way out..

    saw 'em live a few years ago, but it was medeski, martin, wood, & scofield. great live experience. would love to see them again.

    I first saw these guys in 1994 or 1995, so they've been around at least that long.......so what's your point????

    That's wonderful man.. to be honest I wasn't trying to get in a pissing contest based on who saw them first.. why is it so difficult to accept the fact that I was giving them props.. I know they've been out for a long time but that doesn't mean that people know who they are.. that would be my point.. what's yours?

    I'm not trying to get into a "pissing contest" with anyone, I just didn't understand your first post. It wasn't "difficult to accept the fact that I was giving them props" I just didn't realize that that is what you were doing as it wasn't to clear to me, sorry I must be slow......

    my bad then.. my first post was a bit unclear and "not to the point" i guess.. it was just my own little way of trying to get some people to check them out..
