Is it all music all the time, or is there a dj too?

I listen to this at work everyday. Only thing that keeps me going.

I totally do not mean this comment to sound rude, but I personally don't understand why people get so excited about something like this. I'm assuming everyone here (or the vast majority) owns every album plus a load of bootlegs, and an awful lot of us probably have a tonne of Pearl Jam on our iPods.

I dunno...maybe it's just me. Didn't mean to ramble or diss anyone.

    Peace,

funny I posted about this last week. I didn't get this much of a response bit I also headlined about on the iPhone. If you have an iPhone or itouch u can get the aol radio application free. I have the all pearl jam station set as my favorite so it plays when I hit the icon.

The big deal I think is the station randomly plays anything pearl jam in an unorginzed order so you don't know what's gonna play next. Even if you have all this stuff and we all do it's nice to be surprised at what's next.

I have actually found some good covers from boots that I was not aware of, some ed songs I was not aware of and sometimes they play cuts off of some old real bootlegs....

    It may sound weird, but...
    This is my reason:

When I listen to that, I know at least one other person is listening to and enjoying the same song as much as I am at the same moment I am. It's being connected, sharing the experience, and hoping that maybe--just maybe, I will hear something I haven't heard before. It's the same reason I prefer to listen to the radio instead of CD's all the time.
