If you order the new Kings of Leon album through Newberry Comics you get a free 7" Vinyl single. Just wanted to give you all a heads up!

    Sucks it's 15.99 plus shipping though. Probably will be 9.99 in the store that day.

    Sometimes they give these out in the store as well, I wonder what the odds of these lasting are.

    Newbury Comics always has sweet deals. I ordered Because of the Times from them and got a cd booklet autographed by KOL.
    I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

    So did I, they hook you up with some sweet KOL perks. I ordered the signed booklet for Only By the Night as well! Can't wait to hear this record!

    Just got mine today in the UK, but not with the signed booklet. It wasn't on the included invoice either, but is on the confirmation of my order. Have people received the signed booklet or will this be sent out later?

    Apparently somebody emailed them and they said there were no signed booklets.....I'm still waiting for mine to turn up :(

    I didn't get the signed booklet either and that's why I ordered it to begin with. I've never had any luck with this company. This is the third time I've ordered from them and got the shaft about something every time.

    And goddamn they are slow.

    Right. Hmmm. Last time I checked false advertising was illegal. A mistake, fine. But it seems no one actually got these then and there's been no explanation that they have offered. That's a pretty poor showing.

    I could've gone into the store and spent about $10 less and gotten it on Tuesday rather than Friday if I knew there wasn't going to be an autographed booklet. They should've at least given an explanation and acknowledge that they fucked up.

We realize that due to an error, there was a newburycomics.com listing for a hand signed booklet, however this item was not advertised on newburycomics.com as shipping with the CD nor was it automatically added to your shopping cart with purchase of the CD. This item does not exist and was removed from any orders that it was added to. Please feel free to let me know should you have any additional questions or concerns, and thank you for shopping at newburycomics.com.

    The booklet was mentioned in the promotion details, as seen from post 5 here. Surely that counts for something. They made the mistake, they need to rectify it.

    I never even got the email from Newbury. The only reason I spent extra money with them was for the damn signed booklet. This kinda pisses me off. Let us know if you get a response.

    I got the response a few posts up. I emailed them again with the text from their ad which showed that they did indeed advertise an autographed booklet, but haven't heard back yet.
