OT: Ben Harper.. why did I not listen to him before?

I started to listen to Ben on and off since his performance with Ed in 03 at MSG.. Morning Yearning video directed by Heath Ledger.. the song is WOW.

    I was introduced to Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals when they were one of the openers for PJ back in '95 at Spartan Stadium in San Jose, CA. What an incredible show that was!! I hadn't heard of BH before that show but from that moment I was fan and continue to be till this day.

    I wish BH an PJ would just finally decide to do another tour together as the jam possibilities would be endless!!

    The guy is simply incredible. His live shows (if he's not too messes up) are simple awesome!!!

    Exactly !!! I first saw him in '97 in a small venue and had a blast.
    I've seen him 3 times since then and it has always been amazing.

    UGH I can't stannnnnnnnd Ben Harper. I've given him a few shots because I love PJ so much & wanted to trust their judgement but..

    if you are just getting into ben harper, a good place to start would be live from mars. it's a must!
