News on 4th Kings Of Leon album

In the new issue of Rolling Stone Magazine (with Eddie Van Halen and other guitar greats on the front) you will find a pretty good sized article in the Smoking Section (page 33) on the Followill Four. Caleb talks about how pain pills help him write the most beautiful melodies of his life and that this is the first time he is excited track by track of what he has put down. The interview mentions that the album will be out in September and two tracks are titled "Cold Desert" and "Crawl." The latter is the first time Kings throw in their political voice into a track. Good article check it out.

I am very excited though. These guys are one of my favorite bands. Loved the last album.

    cool cool ... eagerly awaiting this one, had no idea it was coming out so soon.
    This actually kind of makes me wish i was seeing at least one of their shows opening for PJ because they will play a bunch of new tracks possibly, in 06 in Australia there set pretty much mostly consisted of songs off because of the times months before it came out.

    I'm surprised they'll be releasing a new one so quickly- I can't wait! Hopefully they play some of it at APW Festival.

    In the article Caleb says he doesn't want to sound like a cock but he is very proud of himself right now because it sounds so good.....hope he's right, can't wait for this one.

    I can't find it on rs.com either, but caleb also says he and nathan had been in a fight recently and Nathan won
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow
