? about Radiohead in Camden

going to the show a week from today. anyone know if there is an opening band and if there is when they take the stage? also when does radiohead usually take the stage? thanks in advance. should be a great show.

    well Im trying to sell mine cause after seeing EV on Thursday and Saturday I dont think I'll be up for it...yes there is an opener..I forget their name...and they usually hit the stage about 9 I hear

    I am going to Boston the following night and I believe the opening band is called "Grizzly Bear." Yeah, I would bet Radiohead would be on by 8:45 or 9pm. Going to be some kick ass!

    Yeah, Grizzly Bear's the opening band when they play in Camden. Is this place in Camden a good concert venue?

    Its as good as an ampitheater can be I suppose. parking sucks and so does the area but hey...what can you do

    At last night's show in Cuyahoga Falls, Grizzly Bear was done playing by 8:15. Radiohead came on at 8:45 and played until 11:00.

    Camden? You haven't been to many venues if you think that's as good as an amphitheater could be. Horrible fucking place for a concert, worst of many venues that I have been to. Shitty sound, bad area, shady crowd, and you better have wads of money if you want to buy anything there, but don't forget to save some cash to pay the "get out of Jersey" toll. I will never go back there for a concert again.

    Still can't believe Radiohead will play there, I thought they only played venues with good acoustics.

    while i agree it's not the best amphitheater, it certainly isn't that bad for sound. i've only been there for pearl jam shows, saw them 4 times with seats, never once did i think there was a real problem with the sound. although i will agree the surrounding area is pretty shitty, and definitely a shady crowd. a lot of people show up to camden shows to party/nitrous has always been big in the parking lots for the pj shows which is annoying. i swear 25% of the people i saw at the pj shows this year in the lot probably didn't even like pearl jam, or at least care about the show..........as for the person who said parking sucks, i'll have to disagree with that also. you just gotta know where to go. the lots right beside the venue open at ridiculous times making it almost impossible to tailgate, but you can always go near cambells field at pretty much anytime you want. they won't hassle you from my experience. they will come and collect a 15 dollar parking fee though which unfortunately seems to be standard these days...........other than that, thanks for the info guys. is grizzly bear any good?

    saw them in Bristow, came on around 8:30 or so.
