  • therefore I am a Sammy Fan. I have seen VH 3 times and sammy 10 times. I saw dave once.

They are a great band no matter who is lead singer. I understand why dave is boss. but the 4 sammy albums are amazing too.

my first concert was VH 95 my 5th was pj 98... i have seen 350 since then.

VH has their amazing spot in history

The Atomic Punk is a huge fan. They have been my favorite band since 1978 when my older bro popped in the 8 track of the first album. I was 6.
  • Not really much of a VH fan.
Not a hater either, just a bit too bluesy for me.
More of a pop guy myself.

That being said,Dance The Night Away is one of my favorite sentimental songs.

That probably gets me zero to negative props from "real" VH fans, but so be it.

    :D

If I opened it now would you not understand?

i really dig the DLR stuff. Van Halen II is probably my favorite .... "DOA" is a great song!

never heard Diver Down but from what i've heard from people i'm not missing too much.

i also REALLY like "Can't Get This Stuff No More" from the Best Of record.

Oh don't believe everything you hear.
"Intruder" by itslef makes Diver Down worth having.
Then there's "Little Guitars" and "Cathedral" too. The album is a bit too cover laiden, but still a good listen.
    This weekend we rock Portland

nope....it is worth picking up despite the covers that are on there. There are only so many times I can hear Dancing in the Street (by ANY artist) and Oh, Pretty Woman. It does have some great tracks. The Little Guitars intro into Little Guitars is one of my all time favorites. The Full Bug...ass kickin..
