there are free concerts the next 3 nights in front of congress as part of a encampment for change, an end to this war, and for peace.
there is a stage set up, tents, lots of musicians, poetry, activists, banners, art and information. all is free, and people are allowed on the grounds 24hrs a day, come enjoy and share support.
