get out there early to see the veils(opening band). they are incredible. not to be missed!

overall great turnout for the toronto show and was glad the venue changed/upgraded to lee's palace. liam played lots off the cd, i'll be lightning, and a couple i didn't recognize. he played "birthday" beatle's version and pretty much nailed it...in fact i don't think it could have been topped. brilliant!

merch was selling $10 bootlegs...a couple of 2008 shows...one was 4/13/08 wiltern opening for EV...which i thought was cool...anyhoo at $10 per bootleg i was easily swayed to buy 2.

Liam was great. What a difference between this show and the show at the Elmo earlier in the year where there was probably under 100 people in attendance.

The EV tour really gained Liam some exposure.

I couldn't be happier for Liam and EJ. They're great people, great musicians, and deserve all the sucess that is surley heading their way.

I was actually somewhat disappointed with the turnout in Chicago. I figured he would have attracted a lot more people that saw him open for EV. It was a small theatre that holds about 300 and it was only about half sold out. Nevertheless, he put on a great show and told us it was his favorite of the tour:D They played an improv song about the Cubs that was so cool.
