After ColdPlay's cancellation for the Festival D'ete in Quebec City (July 7th - 13th 2008), there are rumors on the radio that the organizers are in contact with at least five bands, to replace or add to the programmation and PJ might be one of them. Have you heard something about it? By the way, the official calendar of the festival will come out May 21st 2008. So we will know then!

The programmation is out for the festival, sorry no Pearl Jam.

However, there is a spot left on July 3rd.

The organizers are saying that they will not mention THE group before the contracts are signed, but they say that The group that they are talking with and probably will be the one, is an American Band, so we still have chance!

I will let you know as soon as the band is revealed

I guess he was referring to the other days of the festival. I noticed Linkin Park and a bunch of nobody's.

yeah...if STP, Primus, NOFX, Wyclef Jean are nobody's for you ... ;)

I missed STP completely ... but the rest of the bands wouldn't make me spend $5 on a festival ticket.

    believe or not ...all the Festival...all the bands...for 10 days... = 20 $ ! :)
