Smashing pumpinks 11/6 & 11/7

Man do I now appreciate pearl jam. I mean I always did but not only should I appreciate them more but i'm going to write them a thank you letter today. This concert wasn't bad; but let's just say that if pj did that show last night I guarantee 98% of people on this board would suffer nervous breakdowns.

1) i enjoyed the concert on 11/6 but would not go again
2) almost no energy from the crowd (no one dancing, people yelling at me to sit down)
3) a solid 35 minutes of animal sounds and noise at the end.
4) band sounded good, played well, a few really great songs
5) great cool down acoustic type set.
6) the 2 new members of the band might as well have been off stage.
7) corgan has a cobain complex where he resents the crowd and tries to piss them off
8) very good first two sets although their isn't really a divide like at pj or most concerts.
9) something for both die hards and casual fans like myself
10) would recommend going is you are a more than casual fan and are open minded but not for 75$
11) i miss pj
12) if you were the drunk guy sitting behind me who threatened and assaulted me for standing then you suck. ( i doubt it was a pj fan).
