This is great news. I've been remaining hopeful about another APC release since Emotive. It may be a while, however.

    In all the interviews Billy has been doing for Ashes Divide, the question about APC always comes up, and he has stated every single time that he and Maynard still talk about possibly doing something in the future, but for right now they both have different priorities (Billy with Ashes Divide, Maynard with Tool and Puscifer)

    He has said that there may not be a new APC album, but they might someday put together a few songs for soundtracks and whatnot.

    I love APC, and was so bummed when they disbanded. I've always been a fan of tool, but loved APC's mellow(at least kind of) sounds...good to hear they're well and maybe thinking about releasing some more material, even if it is just a few soundtrack songs

    I read in that spin interview with MJK a few months back that APC will never actually do a full album again, maybe a few songs for soundtracks and what not here and there but never get together and record a whole album together. Weird MJK with the contradictory statements, oh well as cool as another PAC album would be I'd prefer a new Tool album first.

    I love APC, I just never got into eMotive like the first two albums. I would prefer
    another Tool album first though.

    Does anyone know what the beautiful Paz Lenchantin (A Perfect Circle Bassist for Mer de Noms LP & Tour) is up to? I know she moved on to the short lived Billy Corgan project Zwan after APC. But nothing since?

    i think she still plays locally around LA with her family.
