    both are good, but in this instance the band won out!

    I'd love to see them live

    I'm really not a fan at all.
    I had a college roommate who used to listen to Cake all the damn time and I think I got burned out on them. Before that I was always indifferent to them...but I'm not so sure I can say that anymore.

    I'll bet I could burnout on them pretty quick if I listened to them much...but I don't. Caught them for the first time at Outsidelands Saturday night..

    They couldn't have been too great, because I found enough time to snap a crappy picture of them...Still had a good time though.

    I don't know....Fashion Nugget has been playing round and round my head for weeks now. So much that I been playing Frank Sinatra with my chop sticks turned into drum sticks at work.....:-)

    They are playing in Boston 11/12 at the Middle East and I for 1 am going!

    I love cake, it's the horn mostly that makes me love them. It gets me every time.

    Cake is a great band. I had some high school friends that were really into them so they would always have a disc of theirs playing. Haven't seen them live, but seems like they would be a fun band to see live. Like someone said above, they don't tour a whole lot.

    Cake are a good band.

    Got a whole stlye of their own and are great live.
